A New Company Built Around Straight Answers
Lake Livingston Well Service is a new well and pump service for Livingston, Onalaska, Point Blank, and Goodrich. We're not going to invent a decades-long story to sound established. Here's what we actually offer, plainly stated.
Why We Started Lake Livingston Well Service
Too many well and pump calls around the lake start with a mystery price over the phone and end with an invoice that doesn't match what actually got fixed. Lake Livingston Well Service exists to do that part differently: we diagnose the problem in front of us, give you a real number before anything gets cut loose, and stand behind the work once it's done.
The name is exactly what it sounds like: a well and pump service for Lake Livingston and the towns around it. No franchise territory, no call center forwarding your number to a dispatcher three states away. When you call, the person who answers is the person who knows the difference between a jet pump and a submersible, and the truck that shows up carries the parts to fix either one.
We started this company because the well and pump work around the lake kept getting handled the same tired way: a vague number quoted over the phone, a truck that shows up whenever it shows up, and an invoice at the end that doesn't match what was actually said out loud. None of that requires twenty years in business to fix. It requires showing up, diagnosing the problem honestly, and quoting the real number before anything gets touched.
Our Guarantee
- Every repair and replacement is backed by our 30-day Fix-It Guarantee. If the same problem shows back up within 30 days of the repair, we come back and correct it at no charge for labor.
- We diagnose before we quote, and we quote before we cut anything loose. If the price changes mid-job because of something we find, we call you first.
- Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Closed Sundays.
- Cash, check, or card. Payment due at completion, not net-30.
- We don't drill new wells or install whole-house filtration systems. If a job needs either, we'll say so and point you elsewhere.
What Happens When You Call
You tell us what's going on, whether that's no water at all, a pump that won't shut off, or a closing date creeping up on a home inspection. We ask a few questions to figure out which of our four core jobs matches your situation, then give you a real time window instead of an open-ended "sometime today." For a true no-water emergency inside our area, that window is on-site within 2 hours.
Once we're on-site, the process doesn't change based on which service brought us out. We diagnose first, we quote the actual number before touching anything, and if the job needs more than we planned for, that's a phone call to you before we keep going. Same rule for a $89 diagnostic visit as for a full submersible pump swap.
What You Won't Find on This Site
You won't find a wall of five-star reviews here. We're a new business, and a stack of testimonials we haven't earned yet would be worth exactly nothing. What you'll find instead is a real price list, a real guarantee, and a phone that gets answered by someone who's actually done the work.
Every price on our pricing page is a range we can actually stand behind, not a placeholder. If a job needs something outside that range, that's a phone call before we keep working, never a surprise line item after the fact. That's the whole pitch, and it doesn't need a star rating to back it up.
