We're a new company and we'd rather earn trust with real prices than with reviews we haven't earned yet. Here's what every job actually costs.
Why These Are Ranges, Not Guesses
Every range on this page is built from the same handful of variables, and we'll tell you upfront which ones apply to your job instead of hiding behind "it depends." Well depth and pump horsepower drive most of the swing on a submersible replacement, because pulling wire and pipe from 300 feet takes longer and needs heavier-gauge cable than a shallow 100-foot well. Casing access matters just as much on a wiring or seal repair: a wellhouse with room to work goes faster than one where we're kneeling in a crawlspace disassembling a control box to reach a splice. Part availability moves the number on pressure switches and control boxes specifically, since a common brand sitting on the truck costs less than a special order for an older or less common unit.
None of that turns into a surprise invoice. We diagnose first, we tell you which variable pushed your job toward the top or bottom of the range, and we quote the actual number before we touch anything. If something changes once we're inside the wellhouse or casing, that's a phone call before we keep working, not a line item you discover after the fact.

What Isn't Included in a Range
Prices above cover the work itself. They don't cover special-order parts (rare tank sizes, obsolete pump models), after-hours emergency dispatch outside our 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday hours, or well drilling and new construction, which we don't handle at all. If a job needs something outside a standard range, we quote it in writing before we start, not after.
Payment
We take cash, check, and card. Payment is due at completion of the job, not net-30. If a repair runs longer than quoted because of something we find mid-job (seized pipe, unexpected wiring issue), we call you before continuing, not after the invoice is written.
Pricing Questions
Why is there a range instead of one flat number?
Because well depth, pump horsepower, and casing access are different on every property, and we won't know which end of the range applies to you until we've had eyes on the actual system. We diagnose first and give you the real number before we start, not a guess over the phone.
Does the $89 diagnostic fee really go away?
Yes. If you hire us for the repair we find, the diagnostic fee is waived completely and rolled into the job cost. You only pay it standalone if you decide not to move forward with the repair.
Do you charge more for weekend calls?
Our standard hours are Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and the ranges on this page apply throughout that window, Saturdays included. We're closed Sundays. Dispatch outside those hours is a separate, quoted-upfront charge, not a hidden surcharge added after the fact.
What if the job turns out to need something not on this page?
We stop, call you, and quote the additional work in writing before touching it. That covers things like special-order parts, unexpected wiring conditions, or a job that turns out to need drilling or filtration work we don't perform ourselves.
